In the early hours of March 7, 2020, in Longs, South Carolina, a violent encounter cut short the lives of two brothers. Shamon Dayvon Livingston, a 25-year-old male, and his brother, Tavon Marquel Livingston, aged 26, were fatally shot near Highway 90 and Melissa Lane in the Wampee area.
