In the early morning hours of April 18, 2015, a night that for many of his peers was filled with the joy of their senior prom, 18-year-old Quentin Reeves was fatally shot in Longs, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. at a nightclub called The Party Shop on S.C. 90, less than a mile from his home. Reeves, a male student at North Myrtle Beach High School, was caught in the crossfire of what authorities described as a 'gun battle' that erupted among patrons at the establishment. ...
