In the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 8, 2025, a fatal encounter unfolded outside a gas station in Ocoee, Tennessee, ending the life of 52-year-old Mickey Lee Goodman. The white male was discovered by first responders just after midnight, suffering from at least one gunshot wound in the parking lot of the E-Z Stop, which shares a lot with a McDonald's on U.S. 64. He was urgently transported to a hospital in Cleveland but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
