Kathleen Bullock, 62, female, was found shot inside a home in the 400 block of Crystal Street in Longview on the afternoon of September 22, 2025, after officers responded to a welfare check around 4:08 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene by a Gregg County Justice of the Peace.
Police identified Lavan Bullock, 66, as the suspect. He was also at the location with non-life-threatening injuries, was taken to a hospital for treatment, and afterward was booked into the Gregg County Jail
