Chandra Martin, a 38-year-old woman from Longview, Texas, tragically lost her life on June 5, 2014. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Thelma Street in Longview, where Chandra Martin and another woman, Kim Rayson, aged 36, were fatally shot. The suspect, identified by Martin's surviving family members as her ex-husband, 29-year-old Isaiah Roberts from Tyler, was involved in a high-speed chase with law enforcement following the shooting.
