Alexis Rene Bell, a 26-year-old woman from Longview, Texas, tragically lost her life on August 30, 2016. She was fatally shot at the Bella Oaks apartment complex on Lake Lamond Road in Longview. The incident occurred around noon, and when the police arrived at the scene, they found Alexis Bell dead.
