Lori Susan Perez, a 58-year-old woman from Longview, Texas, tragically lost her life on February 19, 2019. She was found shot to death in her home along with Kristy Nicole Perez, 38, who was also killed in the incident. The suspect, Troy James Rider, Jr., 43, was arrested shortly after the murders and charged with capital murder. The Longview Police Department believes domestic violence may have been a factor in the killings.
