Jose Joey Manuel DeLaRosa, a 40-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2021, in Longview, Texas. The incident occurred during an argument between DeLaRosa and Tolla Michelle McNeely, a 40-year-old woman, inside a vehicle parked at the Triple Creek shopping center on Judson Road. The argument escalated, and McNeely shot DeLaRosa, who was found with a gunshot wound sitting inside the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
