Patrick Carner, 34, a Black male from the Cleveland area, was shot on the afternoon of June 17, 2025, in the parking lot of Angie's Soul Cafe on the 7800 block of Carnegie Avenue. Police had been dispatched for a reported robbery when they were alerted that a man had been shot at the same location.
