Bryan Conley, a 21-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2022. He was found shot multiple times in the driver's seat of his parked vehicle on Dudley Avenue. The medical examiner's report confirmed that Conley's death was a result of these gunshot wounds.

The investigation into Conley's death led to the arrest of three juvenile suspects. The suspects included a 12-year-old boy and two 17-year-old males. The 12-year-old was found hiding in the basement of a home on Cleveland's West Side, while the two 17-year-olds were also discovered hiding in the same house. The authorities believe that the 17-year-old suspects were involved in the shooting of Conley during a drug robbery.

The case against the suspects involved multiple charges, including aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault. The state moved for a mandatory transfer of the 17-year-old suspects to the general division for criminal prosecution. The court held a probable-cause hearing, and the state presented evidence, including testimony from the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Gilson.

The investigation and subsequent legal proceedings highlighted the tragic and violent nature of Conley's death, as well as the involvement of young suspects in serious criminal activities. The case drew significant attention due to the age of the suspects and the circumstances surrounding the crime.
