Devonte Ervin, a 21-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2019. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds about a block away from a gas station on the corner of Shaw Avenue and Hayden Avenue in East Cleveland. Despite being rushed to University Hospitals, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Another man was also found in critical condition and transported to the same hospital. Police believe both incidents are related and are investigating the shootings.
