Devin D'shawn Allen, an 18-year-old African American male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically died on August 24, 2018. Devin was shot while driving a stolen car and was later taken to University Hospitals, where he was placed on life support until his death. The incident occurred in Cleveland, and Devin's death was a result of gun violence, which has been a significant issue in the area.
