Juwan Washington, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was found unresponsive outside a Mobil Gas Station in East Cleveland on Memorial Day and was later pronounced dead at University Hospitals Emergency Medical Center. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to investigate the incident.
