Tylen Gill, 18, a Black male from Cleveland, was found fatally shot inside an apartment at the Lakeview Terrace complex on the city’s West Side on Sunday, October 5, 2025, around 4 p.m. Responding officers to the 2700 block of Division Avenue discovered Gill inside the unit and pronounced him dead at the scene, while another 18-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds was located in the hallway and rushed to a hospital.
