Melvyn C.C. Frazier Jr., 21, a Black male, was fatally shot in the early hours of June 22, 2025, in Reading, Pennsylvania. Police were called to the 1200 block of Oak Lane around 5 a.m.; Frazier was rushed to Tower Health Reading Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
