On a late September evening in Beaufort, South Carolina, the life of 28-year-old Christopher Jamal Burton was tragically cut short. The male victim was in the parking lot of the Cross Creek Plaza on Robert Smalls Parkway when he was shot multiple times. The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025, near the Little Caesars Pizza.
