Consuelo D. Kerr, 53, a female of White/Caucasian ethnicity, was found fatally shot inside her Middletown, Ohio home on Sunday, July 13, 2025. Officers responding to 3013 Mohawk Street located Consuelo D. Kerr on the living room floor and attempted to contact her husband, 60-year-old Ronald Hazen Kerr, who remained inside and was armed.
