Pamela Veronica Pennington, a 52-year-old woman from Middletown, Ohio, tragically died on October 20, 2021, from a gunshot wound inflicted by her sister, Monica Ann Pennington. The incident occurred at their shared residence on Lafayette Avenue. Monica Pennington, who was 48 years old at the time, called 911 and admitted to shooting her sister, claiming that Pamela was beating her and wouldn't leave her alone.
