Death by Force

Taijuan Johnson, 43, a male from the Cincinnati area, was discovered in the early morning hours of August 2, 2025, after his vehicle crashed near Smiley Avenue and Hitchcock Drive in Forest Park. Officers responding to a 4:29–4:30 a.m. crash call found him in the driver’s seat with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office identified him two days later; the death was recorded on the coroner’s report as a probable homicide.
