In the early hours of June 5, 2025, a call drew Jackson County deputies to a residence in the 2000 block of Shelly Drive outside Prospect, Oregon, where they found 47-year-old JR Anthony Monteleone III suffering from a gunshot wound.
A Mercy Flights ambulance rushed JR Anthony Monteleone III, age 47, to a local hospital, where he later died, and detectives alongside medical examiners took over the scene.
