Graham was
behind the wheel of a white Kia Optima, leading officers on a reckless chase that wound through the local streets. The pursuit reached a critical point on Canaan Road, near Highway 30, when Graham lost control of his vehicle. The car veered off the road and rolled down an embankment, coming to a rest by Merrill Creek. The crash, however, was not the end of the confrontation. As a Columbia County deputy, identified as Corporal Seann Luedke, approached the wrecked vehicle, the situation escalated dramatically.
