Peter Anthony Davis, a Black/African American male, was found fatally wounded on the morning of August 25, 2025, along the 800 block of East Andrews Avenue in Henderson, North Carolina. Responding officers with the Henderson Police Department arrived around 9:58 a.m. and discovered Davis with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
