In the summer of 1971, a 14-year-old Caucasian female named Susan Rae Perron vanished from her Las Vegas neighborhood. On June 13th, she left her home with plans to walk to Lorenzi Park for a swim, a simple, youthful outing on a sunny day. It is unknown if she ever made it to the park. What is known is that after she walked away from her home, she was never seen alive by her friends or family again, beginning a mystery that would haunt the community for years to come.
