Dequan Clinkscale, 31, male, Black/African American, was found in the early morning darkness of Saturday, June 7, 2025, in a parking garage off the 400 block of Warfield Drive in the Landover area of Prince George’s County. Officers called to the scene around 4:40 a.m. discovered him outside, suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead there. He was identified as a resident of Capitol Heights.
