In the late hours of a September night in 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Landover, Maryland. Charles Keeve, a 49-year-old man, was found lying in the roadway on Muncy Road, suffering from gunshot wounds. The quiet of the early morning, around 1:00 a.m. on September 30th, was shattered by the violence that befell him.
