J'len Livingston, age 21, was shot just after 1:00 a.m. on July 6, 2025, in the 7500 block of Allendale Drive in the Landover area of Hyattsville, Maryland. He was rushed to a hospital, where he died a short time later. J'len Livingston, age 21, male, was Black/African American. He was identified by police as being from Clinton, Maryland; an obituary later noted his full name as J 'Len Lenard Livingston.
