In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Boston, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Roxbury neighborhood, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Teo Vernice, a 21-year-old Black/African American male from Hyde Park, was fatally shot on June 19, 2025. The incident unfolded around 10:01 PM in the vicinity of 163 Ruthven Street.
