On a Saturday evening in November 2013, a visit to family in Dorchester turned tragic for 21-year-old Andrew Mcgee, an African-American male. Just before 11 p.m. on November 16th, Mcgee and his 19-year-old cousin, Ron, were outside a home on Whitman Street when gunfire erupted. Both young men were struck by the hail of bullets.
