On a cold Christmas Eve in 2017, the life of 19-year-old Kurtis Depina, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Boston, Massachusetts. The incident occurred around 9:10 p.m. at 150 Wellington Hill Street in the Mattapan neighborhood. First responders found Depina suffering from a gunshot wound.
