Hispanic/Latino: Edilberto “Eddie” Marin-Torres, an 18-year-old male from Glennville, Georgia, died late on May 17, 2025, in a shooting at a home on Baxter Durrence Road in rural Tattnall County. Investigators with the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which stated the case was an apparent murder-suicide.
