Javarius Bickett, 2, a Black male, was found gravely wounded in the parking lot of a CVS near East 46th Street and Keystone Avenue on the north side of Indianapolis on the afternoon of Thursday, June 19, 2025. Officers arrived around 3 p.m. to find the toddler outside a car with a gunshot wound; he was rushed to Riley Children’s Hospital, where he later died.
