Do you know who murdered Malcolm Marshall? In the early morning hours of July 3, 1997, the sound of gunshots shattered the quiet of a Las Vegas neighborhood. At approximately 6:18 a.m., patrol officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Sandy Lane following a 911 call reporting the gunfire. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered a 43-year-old African-American male, Malcolm Marshall, lying in his own front yard with critical, life-threatening injuries.
