In the quiet evening of February 16, 2025, a life full of promise was tragically cut short. Luis Garcia-Molina, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, was walking home from a child's birthday party in a northeast Las Vegas neighborhood. The night was shattered by the sound of gunfire, and when police responded to a frantic 911 call, they found the young man on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
