On Monday, September 1, 2025, a tragic event unfolded in the parking lot of a North Broadway liquor store in Wichita, Kansas, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Mario Gustavo. Police were dispatched to the scene at approximately 2:11 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered three men with gunshot wounds. Mario Gustavo was pronounced dead at the scene.
