Any updates on this case?
Chance Silver of Birmingham was found unresponsive around 3:10 a.m August 24 at 325 Springs Avenue, an area off of Highway 280.
Officers were called out to the scene on the report of a deceased person. Police Sgt. Johnny Williams said Silver's condition prompted detectives to classify the case as a homicide.
No one has yet been arrested in connection to the case.
