In the late afternoon of July 10, 2025, a burst of violence at a convenience store in Augusta, Georgia, claimed the life of 28-year-old Raekwon Tyrell Brinson. The tragic event unfolded at approximately 2:52 p.m. at the One Stop & Shop located at 2382 Barton Chapel Road. Brinson was reportedly standing in the doorway of the store when he was fatally shot. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
