Joshua Ian Larkin, 38, was last seen by his mother at her Kirbyville, Texas, residence at 9:00 a.m. on November 17, 2022. He informed his mother that he was going hunting at a friend's property, the Exotic Cat Refuge, located in the 200 block of Private Road 7025. The following day, the owner of the property contacted Larkin's mother to inquire about his whereabouts, as his locked vehicle, containing his personal belongings, was still parked on the property.
