Andres Smith Marcelo, a 27-year-old migrant from Honduras, was last seen on April 30, 2019. His last known location was in Tamaulipas, Mexico, close to the U.S. border. Marcelo had informed family members that he intended to cross into the United States, likely near Hidalgo County, Texas.
