Jose Manuel Castellanos-Morales, 22, male, left home to a quiet stretch along the 4500 block of Guion Road on Indianapolis’ northwest side late on September 29, 2025, and crossed paths with a conflict already in motion. Just before midnight, neighbors heard a burst of gunfire.
