In the quiet Brightwood on the Lake subdivision in McDonough, Georgia, a domestic dispute escalated to a tragic end on August 25, 2025. Tarsha McNair-Peters, a 59-year-old Black woman, was found deceased inside a home on a cul-de-sac near Ruby Lane and Onyx Drive.
