Adrian Anthony Montiel, 38, was shot just before midnight on August 15, 2025, in the 2900 block of Edison Highway in Bakersfield.
Deputies from the Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a man with a gunshot wound and found Adrian Anthony Montiel, 38, at the scene.
He was rushed to Kern Medical, where he was pronounced dead at 12:21 a.m. on August 16, 2025.
