On a late Monday afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of 36-year-old Francois Adkins was tragically cut short. The incident occurred on September 1, 2025, at approximately 4:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of 14th Street, Northeast. First responders arrived at the scene to find Adkins suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
