In the early morning hours of July 28, 2025, the city of Pueblo was shaken by a violent act that claimed the life of 31-year-old Ian Martinez. At approximately 9:08 a.m., officers from the Pueblo Police Department were dispatched to the 600 block of E Arroyo Ave following reports of a possible shooting.
