A quiet Sunday evening in Mobile, Alabama, took a tragic turn, leaving a family shattered by violence. On June 8, 2025, 52-year-old Traci Lavern McDuffie was shot and killed in her home on Ross Street. The incident, which police described as a domestic situation, unfolded at approximately 5:39 p.m., when officers responded to reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, they discovered a devastating scene: both Traci and one of her sons were deceased inside the residence.
