Nicholas Lanod Keith, a 44-year-old male, Black / African American, was found shot to death on the afternoon of July 5, 2025, inside an apartment on Old Shocco Road in Talladega, Alabama. Police had gone to the residence around 3:30 p.m. for a welfare check after relatives said they had not heard from a woman in two days.
