In the late hours of a summer evening in Lanett, Alabama, tragedy struck, forever altering the lives of a local family and sending ripples of concern through the community. On the night of August 9, 2025, in the 300 block of North 12th Court, a gathering was tragically interrupted by the sound of gunfire.
