Eliseo Garcia, a 41-year-old Hispanic/Latino man, was found dead in his Las Vegas apartment on Sunday morning, November 16, 2008. Police and emergency medical crews were called to the 4700 block of Deckow Lane, near Tropicana Avenue and Koval Lane, around 8:30 a.m., where Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
