Kami Villanueva, an 18-year-old Hispanic female from South Lyon, Michigan, was tragically murdered on September 14, 1991. She was attacked in her home by Leslie Allen Williams, a convicted rapist who had been released on parole just nine months prior. Williams raped and killed Kami before burying her body in a shallow grave he had prepared in advance. Her disappearance marked the beginning of a horrifying series of crimes committed by Williams across Oakland and Genesee counties.
