On a winter's day in Las Vegas, the lives of two people were tragically cut short. Isaac Jones, a 28-year-old African-American man, and his companion, 21-year-old Amy Christina Randall, were found deceased on January 14, 2009, in their apartment located on Spyglass Hill Drive. The discovery was made by a concerned friend who had been unable to reach them.
