In the winter of 1987, the life of a fifteen-year-old boy named William Von Eric Domer was tragically cut short. On February 17th, he was in Van Buren, Arkansas, when a man named George Kent Wallace, impersonating a police officer, staged a false arrest. Wallace placed the unsuspecting teenager in handcuffs and leg shackles, leading him to a rental car under the pretense of lawful custody.
